The EzyBoat range is based on three globally patented innovations that enable unique convenience; security; portability; versatility and effectively broaden the market appeal for marine leisure craft.

Kate Aldridge - Managing Director and co-owner, has extensive experience at senior management levels in business operations; sales and marketing and manufacturing. She has worked as a senior Manager/Director both in Australia and overseas. Kate is the co-founder of Apertio Pty Ltd, a new and successful telecommunications software company in the UK, which is operating globally. Kate will be responsible for Sales, Marketing and Business Development across Asia as well as Channel Management.

Howard Aldridge - Managing Director and co-owner, has twenty five years experience in the management consulting field specialising in Risk Management and Corporate Governance. Howard has recently finished a six year consultancy in the United Kingdom where he advised senior management on business processes such as debt management; credit control; customer care management; and general business and IT systems. Howard will be responsible for Business Operations and Manufacturing.

Jonathon Aldridge - Marketing and PR Manager - Jonathon graduated from Nottingham Trent University, UK in 2002 and has worked in marketing and media in both Australia and United Kingdom since that time. Jon has a strong financial background and majored in Business Studies and Marketing. Jonathon's areas of expertise are media liaison, commercialisation of new products, event management, brand awareness and Sales generation.

Damien Aldridge - Operations Manager. Damien graduated from Nottingham Trent University UK in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Damien has joined the team as Operations Manager and is currently driving the prototype to production process. He is responsible for the general operations of EzyBoat Australia."
